Self-Binding Placemats

Skill Details:
Requirements:	Fabric Requirements: (10% discount on fabric required for class if purchased in store; proof of class registration required), 1 Yard for placemat tops. A great way to showcase large prints. 1 Yard for placemat backs/binding. Basic Supplies: Sewing Machine in good working order (with extra needles). Scissors or thread snips AND seam ripper. Straight pins. Rotary cutter, mat and acrylic ruler (2 1/2”x 6 1/2” or larger). 100% cotton thread, coordinating color. This will be seen as topstitching. Pencil or your favorite marking tool. Optional: Purple Thang or point turning tool.
