1 1/4 yards thin 100% cotton batting 90-96” wide or 50 yard package of 2 1/2 “ batting on a roll (recommended)
Size 12-16 Jeans, Microtype or topstitch sewing machine needle
Jelly Roll tube maker
Sewing machine, manual & attachments, 5mm wide zigzag foot
Fabric scissors, rotary cutter
Acrylic ruler (at least 6’ X 12”)
1 large spool approx. 1200 yards recommend #50 weight thread, Seam Ripper, Straight Pins
Cutting Mat (at least 12” X 18”)
CLASS PREP: SEW JELLY ROLL STRIPS TOGETHER PRIOR TO CLASS. THEY SHOULD BE SEWN TOGETHER END TO END AT ANGLE. TRIM OFF TO 1/4 INCH SEAM AND PRESS THE SEAM OPEN. (ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CALL)
